Add email to safe sender
Hotmail/Outlook on Windows/Macs using web version:Click the Cog at top-right (Step 1)
Click View all Outlook settings at bottom right (Step 2)
Click Junk email (Step 3)
Click Add (Step 4)
Type in the MEC email and Survey Monkey as shown and press Enter (Step 5)
MEC email shown in picture below to avoid spam (Step 5)
Survey Monkeys' email is [email protected] (Step 5)
Click Save (Step 6)
