Email going to Junk folder

Some of the emails coming from the union are going to the junk/spam folder. Can you fix it?

Our email server has been setup with DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) when possible, SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance).

Google, Hotmail, Yahoo etc all use their own proprietary algorithms to determine whether to classify email as spam or not. A few things they would check are IP reputation, content of the email matching external spam-like emails, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, origin of the email etc.

To help us improve the deliverability of our emails, when an email arrives in the junk/spam folder, use Mark as not junk/Not spam button.

When possible, adding our email addresses to the safe sender or whitelist also helps.
