At the navigation at the top mouse over Issues of Concern
Select Block Appeal.

Your name and email should be pre-populated. You can change the email to your company email if you wish.

Type your e-Crew number.
Type a description of your issue.
Click submit.

The scheduling committee, along with the company will review your appeal.
